Product DescriptionSteep Inclined Belt Conveyor
Our steep inclined belt conveyor differs from conventional belt conveyors by featuring wave sidewalls and cross walls, enabling material conveying at large dip angles from 0° to 90°. It is widely used in coal, chemical, building material, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, grain, port, shipping and other industries. The suitable working temperature ranges from -15°C to +40°C, capable of conveying various loose materials with bulk density between 0.5 and 2.5 t/m³. The conveyor is mainly composed of electric roller, turnabout drum, tension device, carrier rollers, tight roller, cleaning device and other components. Key features include: allowing inclined conveying up to 90 degrees; easy cleaning; adjustable speed and height; available in both fixed and mobile configurations; smooth transportation without relative movement between materials and the belt to avoid damage; low noise suitable for quiet working environments; and optional diesel engine or electric generator when external power source is not available. It is ideally suited for a broad range of free-flowing products in coal mining, gravel, food, agriculture, pharmaceutical, chemical industries and more.
